I am honored that you want to purchase my art...but before you hit the "Pay Now" button, take a moment to carefully choose your item and read the description and size information, as all sales are final. If you have a any questions before you purchase, please contact me via bscreations1224@gmail.com and I will be happy to assist you.
While I make every effort to ensure secure packaging for your purchase, there may be unexpected incidents with the shipper. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately (5 days max after delivery). Send photos of the damage. I will refund you the cost of the product minus shipping. After the 5 day period, refunds will not be provided.
Please provide accurate shipping information during checkout. Changes cannot be made once the package is in the hands of the carrier.
Bella Pottery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages so please utilize the tracking information that is emailed to you once the item is shipped.
